Here are Labeltex Mills we implement the latest technology to ensure that your brand is protected. Our goal is to help minimize your loss as a result of counterfeit items, one way in which we achieve this is through the use of intelligent EAS and RFID security labels.

There are numerous ways that we can work together with you in order to provide the best level of protection for your brand. The Labeltex Mills Brand Protection Program currently offers 3 systems with which we can explore the best options for you to take to preserve your brand and prevent counterfeit goods reaching your clients.

SYSTEM 1

ULTIMATE TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM

BPS System I – Ultimate incorporates the micro-imaged thread into your customized woven label coupled with the printing of sequential numbers. Each label represents an authorized garment and each garment can be traced back to the corresponding manufacturing facility. Numeric labels with a non-duplicative micro-printed thread are the ultimate security.

SYSTEM 2

MAXIMUM TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM

BPS System II – Maximum incorporates a customized Micro-imaged thread into your woven label that can be seen as thin metallic silver stitching. That thread performs as a “fingerprint” and is designed, manufactured and registered as your protected identification code. This technology obstructs counterfeiting as it cannot be duplicated. This system provides Brand Protection at an economical cost where garment tracking is less critical.

SYSTEM 3

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM

BPS System III – Advanced is a Generic Security Thread woven into a customized label designed specifically for you. This yarn is not visible or detectable without a hand held viewing device that will be provided by Labeltex Mills. This system offers covert security at a low-cost.
